The safety of sports enthusiasts remains a prime concern in the sporting world. With this in mind, the Académie Saint-Bernard is offering a course dedicated to first aid in the sporting environments. Designed for coaches of all levels, this 16-hour course aims to equip sports professionals with the skills they need to deal with frequent emergencies on the field. From concussion management to defibrillator use, as well as first-aid techniques adapted to the sporting context, this course provides comprehensive preparation. It offers recognized certification, reinforcing coaches' commitment to the safety and well-being of their athletes. Accessible to all coaches, amateur or professional, this training contributes to creating a safer sporting environment, prepared for emergency situations. By investing in this training, sports professionals strengthen their ability to act effectively in critical situations, helping to promote safer and more responsible sporting practices.
Upon successful completion of this CPR training for high school students, you will be able to apply the correct intervention protocol(s) in the presence of a victim in cardiac and/or respiratory distress.
Our Human Physiology micro-course is a comprehensive introduction to the systems and processes of the human body. You will learn the basics of human physiology, including the different systems of the body and how they function. We will also cover the physiological processes that allow the body to maintain its internal balance. This course is perfect for students or anyone interested in how the human body works.
Welcome to the Concussion Training. The purpose of this training is to make you aware of concussions, a common traumatic brain injury that can occur as a result of a blow to the head or a severe impact.
During this training, you will learn the signs and symptoms of concussion, preventative measures to reduce the risk of injury, actions to take if a concussion is suspected, and treatment and recovery measures.
The training is designed to provide you with the knowledge to help prevent concussions and to help those who suffer from them.

The Psychological Distress First Aid course is a training course that aims to teach the basic skills to help people in psychological distress. This training allows participants to recognize the signs of psychological distress, provide immediate support and make referrals to mental health professionals if necessary. Participants will also learn how to manage their own emotional well-being when helping others.
