Blended training

Our hybrid training courses combine the best of both approaches: enriching theoretical online sessions and immersive face-to-face practice. This method offers a flexible and interactive learning experience. Our certified trainers come directly to your premises to deliver training tailored to your team's needs.

With our online platform, participants can first take the time to assimilate the theoretical notions of the training at their own pace. Once the theoretical modules have been completed, the practical face-to-face sessions consolidate what has been learned. It is therefore imperative that participants complete the online modules before an Académie Saint-Bernard trainer conducts the in-person assessment on your premises.

In general, face-to-face practical sessions account for about half of the total duration of the chosen training course. As it is online and autonomous, however, the duration of the theoretical portion varies according to each participant.
